How long do your candles burn?
Our candles are hand-poured in small batches and burn for approximately 15–60 hours depending on the size and how they're cared for.

How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn. Allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling. Keep away from drafts and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Can I customize the scent?
Yes — every candle can be customized to your scent. Reach out to us via the Contact page and we'll work with you to create something personal.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery to the US typically takes 7–14 business days. Free shipping on orders over $90.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
